We have implemented some basic integration with the famous Contest Calendar web site (http://www.contestcalendar.com/) created by our partner Bruce, WA7BNM.
We put a link on the main scoreboard page header pointing to a currently active contest details page:
We have implemented a new color identification to the active/recent contests list. We hope that wouldn’t need any explanation. Just take a look at the snapshot:
We always glad to provide a scoreboard for RAC Canada Day contest which is always run every year on July 1st. This year July 1st is a Sunday. We expect a lot of participants.
Happy Canada Day and Good luck in the RAC Canada Day contest!
We are very pleased to announce that this is the one year anniversary of our project! It was on June 24th, 2017 that we first announced ourselves and started the real time scoring service for Ham Radio contesters community! Today, just 12 months later, COSB is completely up and running. We are supporting almost all the known contests and we are doing our very best to change the world by pushing all the contesters around the universe to be online on a scoreboard!
To briefly overview what has been achieved in the last year:
- Over 2 thousands callsignes in our database
- Over 250 contests in our supported contests list
- We support 10 loggers including all the most popular around the world
- Establishing a Real Cluster foundation (thanks to Bruce, WA7BNM our partner for his incredible support)
- Full web design re-developing including new mobile interface (great thanks to Randy, K5ZD for his time and professional skills made that possible)
- New WinTest Windows utility providing online scoring to multiple scoreboards including distribution server (thanks to Alex, K2BB)
- and many other new exiting features!

For the past 6 months, the score distributor has been used to distribute live score postings from all participating contesters, regardless of whether they posted directly to the distributor, the Contest Online ScoreBoard (COSB) or cqcontest.net. Unfortunately, cqcontest.net has recently announced that it will no longer share scores that are directly posted to it.
The public announcement of that decision is in the cqcontest.net official tweet https://twitter.com/live_contest/status/988437992208560128 . As a result, we have no choice but to stop sharing with them direct postings coming to COSB. We are saddened by this and hope they will change their policy in the future.
To ensure that live scores continue to be widely available, please configure your contest logging software to post your score to the score distributor at the following link, rather than to an individual scoreboard:
We also invite anyone interested in establishing a live scoreboard to join our federation of scoreboards. Please contact us for details at email@example.com .
